 Incoming telephone line fault |

| We are aware that some customers are unable to call us at the moment. We have been advised by our telephone service suppplier that there is a network issue in London that is causing the problem and they are working to restore full service as soon as possible. We advise our customers to open support tickets if they need to contact us urgently and we are operating a call back system. |

| SpamAssassin rulebase bug |

| There is a bug in some older rulebase versions for spam assassin 3.x which will cause an extra 3.4 points to be added onto incoming mail which greatly increases the chances of the mail being marked as spam. |
