How to find your FTP login details
Posted by Matthew Whittaker on 13 June 2006 11:33 AM

There is no way to see what the current FTP password is only to change it. Use the steps below to do this.

1. First you need to login to your iDAQ control panel here:

(If you have forgotten your password please click the Forgot your password? link and follow the instructions.)

2. Once logged in ensure the drop-down box at the top of the page is selecting the web hosting for the domain you wish to obtain the FTP details for.

3. Now click on the Websites & Domains tab. Once in here click on the Web Hosting Access button.

4. On this page you will see the FTP username and two boxes to enter and re-enter your new FTP password. Once you've entered the new FTP password press the OK button at the bottom of the page. The FTP server hostname you will also need for your FTP client is your domain name.
