My email to iDAQ was returned undelivered, how can I open a support ticket.

If you email helpdesk or accounts without a valid, open ticket number in the subject line the message will be rejected with the following error:

"Reason: 553 5.3.0 Please open a ticket at https://support.idaq.com before replying via email. A valid, open ticket number was not found in the subject line."

Support tickets must be opened from the support centre at https://support.idaq.com. Once a ticket is opened and you have the ticket number you can update it using email or from the support centre directly. Once a support ticket is closed then you will no longer be able to update it via email unless it is first reopened from the support centre.
