I have just placed my first order with iDAQ, why have you not processed it?

Orders from new customers are Fraud screened before activation. This usually take a couple of seconds to complete but sometimes our systems recommend that manual checks are done.
 
Orders must also have a valid telephone number entered when completing the order form. If the telephone number is not valid we will not process the order until we have the correct number on file.
 
Orders placed using free email addresses or mobile telephones are automatically passed for manual processing.
