How can I give control panel access to site administrators?
Posted by Matthew Whittaker on 20 January 2006 01:14 PM

If you manage multiple sites on your VPS you can give different site administrators access via the MyCP control panel. When you create a new site on your VPS you have an option to specify which user will administrate the new site. This user can have access to the MyCP control panel at the following URL:

Using the MyCP control panel allows end-users to:

- Manage his/her personal information (including password for FTP/SSH/mail etc).
- Configure e-mail auto-responders
- Configure mail forwarding to an external address
- Upload and manage the files for websites they administrate

If you created a user named: 'bob' - to mange a site called: ''

That user would log in using email:

and use the password you specified when you created that user.
